thin understanding very imprtant though you can not actually see it. Experience and
qualifications are important of course, but understanding is essential to create and
understand theclothes of Shizuka Komuro's world. Instinct and understanding often
have priority over everything. That's why young staff are often assigned to important
jobs at YOFUKUYA. On the other hand, even specialists with a lot of experience and
technical ability sometime leave our company. Only top-level people with an instinctive
understanding of our concepts, plus a sophisticated technical knowledge and experience
meet the high standards we set for our staff.
